Its thermal efficiency was low and its output was seriously inadequate (can’t reach to 10ton/h at all), and it could only produce about 6 ton/h steam. So when they buy a 10 ton/h boiler, excess steam will inevitably be wasted when burning. At the same time, their boiler was not equipped with corresponding energy-saving devices. It was only equipped with a few simple auxiliary equipments provided by the boiler supplier, so the cost of fuel naturally rises a lot. “At that time, we spent nearly 1.5 times costs every day than before.” The Engineer of Fashion Park told us.
