CCW series of single drum horizontal hot water boilers adopt three pass water-fire tube shell type structure. There are smooth tube water walls on both sides of the furnace. The flue is arranged on both sides of the boiler drum. The boiler drum is composed of an arch tube plate and threaded pipes, making the drum change from the quasi-steel body to the quasi-elastic body structure, reducing the stress. The combustion equipment uses chain grate, and the fuel comes from the hopper to the front of the chain grate. With the rotation of the chain grate and the mechanical ventilation of F.D. fan & I.D. fan, the fuel is preheated, ignited and burned in turn, and the ash is dropped into the slag remover and discharged from the furnace by the slag remover at any time. After the preheating, ignition and burnout, the slag falls into the slag removal machine, and the slag removal machine is discharged at any time. The boilers have compact structures, complete control and monitoring instruments, stable and convenient installation, and low investment in infrastructure construction.
