CCS series of single drum chain grate steam boilers are horizontal three pass water-fire tube boilers, adopt chain grate to feed fuel, and equip F.D. fan and I.D. fan to make a mechanical ventilation. It is also equipped with a slag remover to realize automatic slag removal. The fuel is dropped to the hopper by the automatic fuel feeder, then enters the preheating area under the rotation of the chain grate. The ash falls into the slag remover and discharged from the boiler after the fuel is burned completely in the combustion area. After the combustion of the fuel, the smoke is refracted through the rear arch and transferred upward through the smoke chamber on both sides of the body to the front smoke box, and then it is folded back into the pipe bundle from the front smoke box, entering into the economizer and the dust collector through the rear smoke box. Finally, the smoke is drawn by the I.D. fan and pass through the flue and chimney to drain into the atmosphere.
