Based on this, multi-stage pumping can be modified, and the surplus part of the head can be removed to save electricity. During the transformation, detailed calculations should be made. According to the head margin, one or more impellers should be removed and replaced with a sleeve of equal length. The flow rate of the multi-stage feedwater pump after pumping is basically unchanged, the head is reduced accordingly, and the axial force rate is obviously reduced, so the energy saving effect is significant, which has been proved by the practice of many factories.

2) Boiler Single-Stage Feed Water Pump cutting Impeller Transformation.


According to the rule that the ratio of the impeller diameter to the flow rate, head and power of the water pump is linear, quadratic and cubic, a charging method for cutting the outer diameter of the impeller is developed.


The main point of this method is to cut the outer diameter of the impeller appropriately so that the thinning between the outer diameter of the impeller and the pump casing is appropriately increased compared with the original. After cutting, the number of revolutions of the water remains the same, the flow rate is slightly reduced, the head is reduced by the quadratic, and the power is reduced by the cubic, so the energy saving effect is obvious.


Before the transformation,calculated the cutting amount of impeller outer diameter in detail according to the required head and other parameters, and take the actual cutting amount as the actual cutting amount after appropriate correction.

 

Frequency Conversion Speed Regulation and Constant Speed Tracking Load New Power Saving Technology
