Boiler adopts single drum horizontal three-pass structure with large furnace, which fully guarantees sufficient heating surface of boiler and sufficient steam output. And spirally corrugated tube are used to enhance heat transfer and improve thermal efficiency.
Adopt movable chain grate. According to different fuel characteristics of users, appropriate grate pieces are selected, such as small scale grate, reciprocating grate, etc. The grate has small gap, low coal leakage and high temperature resistance up to 1200℃.
The furnace wall of the boiler is poured entirely by high quality high-temperature refractory bricks and refractory cement. The shell of the boiler is insulated by aluminium silicate plate, which has no smoke leakage and less heat loss.
Equipped with efficient economizer and dust collector. Recover the heat of flue gas, reduce the temperature of flue gas, improve the thermal efficiency, and fully ensure that the pollutant emissions of boilers meet the requirements of the national environmental protection department.
